The Super Eagles of Nigeria had jumped four places in the latest world Fifa ranking. Gernot Rohr men are now the number 32nd in the world.
The three times African champion, climbed four places in the April ranking released by the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) on Thursday.
The latest ranking revealed that, Senegal is the number one in africa with 1542.45 points while Tunisia is the second in Africa with 1512.88 points. Nigeria is number three with 1487.16 points and Algeria occupies number four in Africa with 1486.69 points.
Meanwhile, Belgium remains number one in the world with 1783.38 while France occupies the number two position with 1757.3 points. The Samba boys of Brazil is number three and England is in number four position to be followed by Portugal in fifth position.
Spain, Italy, Argentina , Uruguay and Denmark follow in that order. Morocco is in number five in Africa and number 34th in the world with 1479.32 points.
It would be recalled that Super Eagles beat their opponents Benin republic and Lesotho in the African Cup of Nations qualifiers last month. Cameron will host the African showpiece next year.
